The summer school office is located in room 4.49 in the Keplerstr. 17
(take the elevator to the 4th floor, turn left as you get off and walk up the stairs to floor 4b, turn right and there you are).
The opening hours of the office are as follows:

Saturday, August 12th, 2006: 3 p.m. - 5 p.m.

Sunday, August 13th, 2006: 3 p.m. - 6 p.m. (if we find someone who doesn't care about the opening ceremony maybe a bit longer for late arrivals)

Monday, August 14th, 2006: 9 a.m. - 7 p.m.

Tuesday, August 15th - Thursday, August 31st, 2006 (except Saturdays and Sundays): 9 a.m. - 11 a.m. and 2 p.m.- 4 p.m.

Friday, Sept. 1st - Sunday, Sept. 3rd, 2006: t.b.a.

IMPORTANT: If you arrive outside the opening hours, please, inform me in time!
(If we've already made special arrangements, then you don't have to inform me again.)

At the summer school office you'll get your keys for the student dormitory, the special ticket for public transport, your summer school folder, etc. If you still have things to pay for or if you still have to prove your student status you can do it there as well and people who have to be reimbursed will receive their money there. And of course, you can ask all your questions there.
At the summer school office, you can also find the readers/mastercopies and all the course material. Outside the office hours just knock on my door (room 4.51).
